Each team is responsible for organizing the necessary procedures to obtain a visa to enter Brazil in accordance with the rules and regulations defined by the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

If you  need  an official invitation  letter to  assist with  the visa application, please contact the Organizing Committee by email: 2024uciparatrack@cbc.esp.br.

In order to issue the invitation letter, you will need to provide the following information for each person needing a visa:

• Full name as it appears in the Passport
• Passport number
• Passport expiration date
• Role of the traveler within the team
• Duration of stay in Brazil
